Congresswoman Annie Kuster was first elected to represent New Hampshire’s Second Congressional District in 2012, narrowly winning this swingy district after losing in 2010. Born and raised in Concord, Rep. Kuster has a long history as a community activist, author, public policy advocate, and adoption attorney with deep roots in the Granite State. She sits on the Agriculture, Small Business, and Veterans’ Affairs Committees and is a member of the New Democrat Coalition.
A JStreetPAC endorsee since 2012, Congresswoman Kuster has been a champion of pro-Israel, pro-peace values, and a diplomacy-first approach to foreign policy. In the last Congress, she signed onto letters calling for the restoration of aid to UNRWA and the PA, opposing the demolition of Palestinian villages, and reaffirming support for the two-state solution. This session, she was one of the first cosponsors of H.Res. 326, which gets Congress on the record reaffirming support for the two-state solution and opposing annexation and settlement expansion.
