Dan Kohl is running to represent Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District, where he grew up and raised his own family. As a committed Zionist, as someone who’s been extensively involved across the organized American Jewish community, and as the father of three young Jewish adults, there is nothing more critical for him than Israel’s ability to survive and thrive as a Jewish and democratic nation.
In Congress, Dan will be a champion of assertive American diplomacy and work to secure Israel’s future through a negotiated two-state solution. Dan has a unique history with J Street, having served as Vice President of Political Affairs and previously serving on the JStreetPAC board. A 1987 graduate of Brown University, Dan holds a law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s in history from UW-Milwaukee.
