Diana DeGette

House - Incumbent

Rep. Diana DeGette represents Colorado’s First Congressional District, which encompasses the Denver metro area. Rep. DeGette served two terms in the Colorado House of Representatives before being elected to Congress, including a stint as Assistant Minority Leader from 1993 to 1995. DeGette serves on the Committee on Energy and Commerce. In 2005 she was appointed Chief Deputy Whip for the House Democrats, a position she held until 2018.

DeGette is a longtime supporter of Israel and the two-state solution, and JStreetPAC is proud to endorse her. She was an early cosponsor of House Resolution 326, which reaffirmed Congress’s commitment to two-state solution and opposes settlement expansion and annexation.
