Congressman Donald Payne Jr. has represented New Jersey’s 10th Congressional District since 2012. Rep. Payne has been a strong, consistent ally of J Street’s in Congress, supporting the Iran nuclear deal and pushing for a two-state solution. The Congressman is a member of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and the Homeland Security Committee. He was an early cosponsor of House Resolution 326, which reaffirmed Congress’s commitment to the two-state solution and opposed settlement expansion and annexation.
