Since 2012, Congressman Eric Swalwell has represented California’s 15th Congressional District. Prior to joining Congress, he worked as a deputy district attorney and served one term on the Dublin City Council. Congressman Swalwell serves on the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, where he is the ranking member on the Subcommittee of the CIA Members. He also serves on the House Judiciary Committee.
Congressman Swalwell has been a reliable source of support in Congress for pro-Israel, pro-peace Americans. He has been an advocate of the two-state solution and an ally in pursuing a diplomatic course with the Iranians over their nuclear program. He was an early cosponsor of House Resolution 326, which reaffirms Congress’s commitment to two-state solution and opposes settlement expansion and annexation.
