Congresswoman Julia Brownley has represented California’s 26th Congressional District since 2013. During her time in Congress, Rep. Brownley has been an advocate for issues important to pro-Israel, pro-peace Americans. The Congresswoman supported the Iran nuclear deal and was a cosignatory on Rep. Schakowsky’s letter pushing for a diplomatic solution to confronting Iran’s nuclear ambitions. Brownley serves on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the Veterans’ Affairs Committee. There she serves on the Subcommittee on Disability Assistance and Memorial Affairs, as well as the Subcommittee on Health, of which she is the Ranking Member.
