Congresswoman Linda Sanchez has represented California’s 38th Congressional District since 2003. Rep. Sanchez serves on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee. Until recently, she served as the chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, and is a co-founder of the Labor and Working Families Caucus.
In Congress, Rep. Sanchez has been a reliable ally of J Street. She was an early supporter of the Iran nuclear deal and has consistently favored two-state diplomacy. In the last session, Rep. Sanchez was a cosponsor of House Resolution 326, which reaffirmed Congress’s commitment to the two-state solution and opposed settlement expansion and annexation.
